Matt Gilbertson enjoys two-win weekend, earns $6,000
Matt's hot start in his #23 WISSOTA Late Model continued over the weekend with a $6,000 weekend sweep of the Fiesta City Speedway doubleheader weekend! Friday night, he started on the outside of the front row for his qualifying heat race and won it, earning the outside of the front for the night's $2,500 to win feature. He was able to race to victory in the feature, completing the night's sweep.
Saturday, he won his heat race from fifth, earning himself the pole for the main and he was able to drive off and complete the sweep of the weekend with the $3,500 to win feature victory for his efforts.
